Pat acquires Tecnoteca, leader in Open Source ITSM solutions
As of 1 January 2026, PAT, a company of the Zucchetti Group, has completed the merger by incorporation of Tecnoteca, a company based in Udine with over twenty years of experience in Asset & Facility Management solutions and hundreds of projects delivered both for Enterprise organisations and for Local and Central Public Administration.
This transaction strengthens PAT’s presence in the Service Management and IT Governance markets, while ensuring full operational continuity across projects, teams and services.
The Tecnoteca brand will continue as the reference for the open-source projects CMDBuild, CMDBuild READY2USE and openMAINT.
