New advanced methods of communication with Imagicle in Zucchetti group

With Imagicle in the Zucchetti group, new collaboration and customer experience management scenarios are opening up to customers.

With a team of one hundred people distributed between the Italian offices and the Miami, Dubai and Riyadh ones, more than 300 partners and service providers and thousands of customers in over 150 countries, the company designs and develops applications to help companies make faster, smarter, easier communications in the cloud, hosted and on-premise.

The goal that Zucchetti has been successfully pursuing for some time, thanks to the solutions developed by PAT, group company that operates in the field of omnichannel and self-service services (chatbot, voicebot), is to facilitate corporate communications, internal and external, creating a pushed integration between collaboration tools and business processes. Being able to count on Imagicle's experience today, the achievement of this goal becomes, in fact, a reality.

The integration of Imagicle suite with PAT applications will enrich the group's offer, bringing customers complete customer service solutions, empowered by artificial intelligence services, such as virtual operators and conversational voicebots (intelligent virtual assistants), as well as solutions to manage the regulatory compliance of communications and the improvement of the customer experience. This is possible thanks to the monitoring, recording and analysis of the company conversations contents, and also thanks to the solutions that support the new methods of smart working and accelerate digitalization processes (digital fax) and so on.
