In this context, investments are focused on solutions related to the <strong>customer experience<\/strong> including, in addition to the <strong>CRM<\/strong>, those related to <strong>security<\/strong> and <strong>privacy<\/strong> of data, to ensure navigation experience with maximum safety, <strong>Big Data<\/strong> and their advanced <strong>analysis<\/strong>.
