PAT and Tecnoteca announce their merger: synergy and integration in Service, Asset & Facility Management<\/h2>\n

Following the journey that began in 2022 with Tecnoteca Srl joining the Zucchetti Group<\/strong> through its acquisition by PAT Srl, we now announce the completion of the integration process between the two companies: as of 1 January 2026, PAT has incorporated Tecnoteca<\/strong>, a brand with over twenty years of presence in the market and widely recognised as a leader in Asset & Facility Management solutions<\/strong>, with hundreds of projects delivered both for Enterprise organisations and for Local and Central Public Administration.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This transaction represents a strategic step for PAT in consolidating its position in the Service Management, IT Governance and Asset & Facility Management markets<\/strong>, enabling the delivery of even more integrated and high-performance solutions.<\/p>\n

Operational continuity and strengthened synergies<\/h3>\n

The integration makes it possible to bring together, within a single legal entity, the experience, technologies and services developed by the two companies, with the aim of:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • \u2022 increasing the Group\u2019s investment and innovation capacity,<\/li>\n
  • \u2022 offering customers increasingly integrated and high-performance solutions,<\/li>\n
  • \u2022 strengthening its presence in the international Asset & Facility Management market.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    The merger has been completed in full continuity of services: all ongoing projects, activities and business relationships will continue with the same teams and technical contacts.<\/strong> This also includes the transfer of the maintainer role for the open-source code on which the platforms used for project development are based.<\/p>\n

    The Tecnoteca brand for Open Source projects<\/h3>\n

    Although it ceases to exist as an independent legal entity, Tecnoteca continues to live on as a brand, retaining its technical expertise for the CMDBuild, CMDBuild READY2USE and openMAINT projects<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    The open-source journey that distinguishes these platforms remains fully active, as does the company\u2019s commitment to supporting their development, growth and international adoption within a shared technological strategy.<\/p>\n

    A shared vision for the future<\/h3>\n
