Pat, a Treviso-based company part of the Zucchetti Group<\/a>, acquires Tecnoteca<\/a>, to expand and define new strategies in the field of Service Management<\/strong>, Facilities<\/strong> and CRM<\/strong> solutions.<\/p>\n

Tecnoteca, a company founded in 2000 and based in Tavagnacco (UD), operates in the field of Open Source solutions and is responsible for the development and maintenance of open source projects CMDBuild, CMDBuild READY2USE<\/strong> worldwide. Thanks to the Open Source license, the company boasts of numerous installations in Italian and foreign companies and in the Public Administration.<\/p>\n

Pat and Tecnoteca, providing services for both customers and internal users and also combining their respective know-how, aim to create a reference center in the Italian and international market for IT Service Management<\/strong> and for the process automation of medium and large companies.<\/p>\n

Pat’s skills acquired in 30 years of activity, combined with the skills of the Tecnoteca team and the OS Community, will allow us to quickly guarantee an extended and complete offer<\/strong> to current and future customers, in a market that has always been represented by a few foreign players.<\/p>\n

The R&D teams of both companies, anticipating the evolutions that the market requires at an international level, aim to create new digitalization experiences<\/strong> in the areas of ITSM<\/strong>, Facility<\/strong> Management and automation<\/strong> of omnichannel processes<\/strong> with integrated AI<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
